Material Processing & Preparation
|
The first step of the metal recycling
process is identifying the type of metals received.
Lorbec uses state of the art analysis equipment such
as the Arun, Spectrotest and Niton to determine the
exact breakdown of the metals.
The second step of the process is
the sorting of materials and the preparation for packaging.
Lorbec takes pride in assuring all materials are “clean”
and consistent for packaging.

The third step in the process is the packaging
of the material. Lorbec uses different packaging methods depending
on the material and client requirements. Our foundry produces
quality ingot and sow for specific re-melting purposes. Our
balers and Briquetters produce a condensed package for economical
transport and re-melting.
